More New Features and Important Reminders The "Candidates" tab on job requisitions will show three new columns at the end of the Candidate grid: "Duplicates for Prospect or Job Application" will show if there is a possible duplicate in Workday "Offer Event" will send a hyperlink to the offer details "Candidate Start Date" will show the hire date that is assigned to the new hire. The most frequent uses of "Send Back" will be to review and update the position, particularly when there is an error. Recruiters are now able to "Send Back" in addition to "Deny" for a job requisition. Job Requisition Send Back & Deny Options for Recruiters "Start Job Requisition" has been deactivated. ![]() "Create Job Requisition" now provides the ability to connect more than one position number to a job requisition and then fill any position first, unlike the previous process that required positions to be filled in the order they were added.
